While there is still no concrete evidence about the safety of CBD for pregnant and breastfeeding women, there are some who validated that CBD helped them address some symptoms specific to pregnancy.

Sleep issues are also a problem experienced by pregnant women. This is why some expectant mothers turn to CBD which has been associated with improvements in sleep.
Anxiety disorder is also experienced by women during and after pregnancy. It is estimated that about 10 percent of pregnant women and between 4.4% and 10.8% of women in their postpartum period will experience an anxiety disorder. Preliminary studies have found out that CBD can help reduce symptoms of anxiety.
As we said earlier, there is still no concrete evidence that CBD can help women during and after pregnancy. While it is true that there are numerous benefits in using CBD, it is still best to consult with your healthcare provider if you want to try CBD most especially if you are pregnant or if you are in your postpartum stage.
